POLICE and paramedics were called to Botley Road in Oxford after an incident thought to have involved a cyclist.
A witness told the Oxford Mail he saw emergency services this morning tending to a cyclist lying in the road next to their bike, with a car parked up at the side of the road.
Another witness also told the Oxford Mail on Twitter he had seen a cyclist lying in Botley Road.
A police car and ambulance were parked on Botley Road outside Carphone Warehouse at 10.30am, but traffic was passing freely.
South Central Ambulance Service has been approached for information.
