BANBURY MAGISTRATES

DOMINIC TORO, 26, of Bristol Road, Bicester, admitted causing criminal damage to a vehicle valued at £1,050 on Bicester at April 17. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay compensation of £774, a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85.

MARTIN POTTER, 34, of Lambs Crescent, Banbury, was convicted of three counts of harassment on a woman at Banbury on November 12. He was jailed for six weeks suspended for 12 months and made subject to a community order to include alcohol treatment requirement for nine months and a rehabilitation activity requirement for 30 days. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £200.

STEPHEN BRADY, 42, of Marlborough Place, Banbury, admitted driving a vehicle above the legal speed limit at Newport, Gwent, on June 5 by driving 70 mph in a 50 mph area. He was fined £461 and must pay a victim surcharge of £46, court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with five penalty points.

CHRISTOPHER TIMMS, 54, of Longworth Close, Banbury, admitted failing to comply with a red traffic light while driving a vehicle on December 19 at Cheltenham. He was fined £100 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

MADALIN BUNGHEZ, 25, of Guernsey Way, Banbury, admitted driving a vehicle above the legal alcohol limit at the M40, Banbury, on January 9 with 56mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg, as well as driving without third party insurance. He was fined £210 for each offence and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 16 months.

WILLIAM CARLETON-PAGENT, 49, of Little Tew, Chipping Norton, admitted driving a vehicle above the legal alcohol limit on January 9 at Little Tew with 87 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was fined £370 and must pay a victim surcharge of £37 and court costs of £85. He was also banned from driving for 22 months.

AKVILE DASKVICIUTE, 21, of Mariots Walk, Witney, admitted driving a vehicle above the legal alcohol limit on January 13 at Park Road, Witney, with 71 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. She was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. She was also disqualified from driving for 20 months.

JAMES HALLS, 19, of Milton under Wychwood, Oxfordshire, admitted possession of cannabis on October 15 at Witney as well as three counts of driving above the legal limit for drugs and without third party car insurance. He was fined a total of £270 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £40, and was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

OXFORD MAGISTRATES

OLAF NIERADKA, 18, of Salesian Gardens, Oxford, admitted to driving without insurance in Ellesmere Road on July 23. Fined £300, victim surcharge £30 and costs £85. Six penalty points.

SIMON WALSH, 46, of Thame Park Road, Thame, admitted to driving at 38mph in a 30mph zone on Oxford Road, Tiddington, on May 27. Fined £100 and victim surcharge £30.Three penalty points.

DAVID HALL, 55, of Crispin Place, Wallingford, admitted to driving without due care and attention on the B4494 on July 9. Fined £100, victim surcharge £30 and costs £85. Six penalty points.

CRISTOPHER BRICKELL-BOWERS, 37, of Thames Mead, Crowmarsh Gifford, admitted to breaking a 40mph speed limit on the A4074 in Crowmarsh on June 20. Fined £100 and victim surcharge £30. Three penalty points.

NAJIB MOSTAFI, 43, of Red Kite Way, Didcot, admitted to driving at 54mph in a temporary 40mph zone on the A30 in Cornwall on August 18. Fined £100 and victim surcharge £30. Three penalty points.

LUKE WILLIAMS, 28, of Preachers Lane, Oxford, admitted to assaulting a woman by bearing her in Preachers Lane on October 22. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, victim surcharge £20 and costs £100.

ZARA HASTINGS, 38, of Luther Street, admitted to assaulting a man in Abingdon Road, Oxford, on December 22, and committing an offence while on a conditonal discharge. Alcohol treatment requirement for six months. Compensation £50 and fined £30.

KARL RONALD KHUNE, 39, of Duke Street, Banbury, admitted to drink driving with 117mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the 35mcg limit, on the A41 on April 3, as well as driving without an appropriate licence and without insurance. Two month curfew, victim surcharge £85 and costs £105. Banned from driving for three years.

JORDAN KARL ALBERT MOORE, 21, of HMP Bullingdon, breaching a notification agreement made under the Sexual Offences Act by failing to attend a police station on June 1 and committing an offence while on a suspended sentence. Jailed for 11 weeks. Victim surcharge £115.

ALEXIS MICHAELA CECILE BLUMENTHAL, 49, of Park Street, Thame, admitted to assaulting a woman by beating her in East Street, Thame, on October 7 and assaulting a woman by beating her in Watlington on September 9. Prison sentence of 10 weeks suspended for 12 months. Restraining order made. Costs £500 and victim surcharge £115.

JASON PAUL GALVIN, 46, of Phipps Road, Cowley, admitted to persistently using a public electronic communications network to bother or annoy another on April 24. Fined £300, compensation £100, victim surcharge £30 and £85 costs.

ADAM JAMES EDWARD MATSON, 20, of Harpes Road, Oxford, admitted to possessing a knife without good reason or lawful authority at Ferry Leisure Centre in Marston Ferry Road on January 10. Rehabilitation order made. Victim surcharge £85.

LUCY CATHERINE SUMMERFIELD-CARTWRIGHT, 41, of Bertie Place, Oxford, admitted to assault by beating a man and assaulting a police constable in Tesco Express in Abingdon Road on October 3. Community order made, Compensation £300 and costs £150.
