NEW ticket machines will be installed at Oxford Parkway, Bicester Village and Banbury stations as part of a £2m upgrade.
The machines will have bigger screens, contactless payment facilities and be wheelchair accessible with a screen that can be lowered.
The technology is already in place at London Marylebone, Leamington Spa, Gerrards Cross and Princes Risborough but now Chiltern Railways has revealed it will be rolled out across its network.
The upgrade does not include Oxford Station, which is run by Great Western Railway.
A further £1.5m could also be spent on improving Chiltern customer facilities in 2018.
