BARBORA DUSKOVA, 24, of Germander Way, Bicester, admitted drink driving in the Southern Bypass Road, Oxford on December 3. Had 97mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcg. She was fined £260, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 20 months.

SIMON JAMES WHITE, 38, of Moorbank, Oxford admitted stealing five bottles of perfume and an electric toothbrush worth £534 from the Boots store in Oxford Retail Park on August 28. He was fined £35 and must pay compensation of £200.

POPPY GABRIELLA IVESON, 26, of Fairacres Crescent, Oxford, was convicted of assaulting a woman by beating her between May 26 and 27. A community order was made and she must be under curfew for two months with electronic monitoring and a restraining order was made and she must not contact a woman until further notice. She must also pay compensation of £50, a victim surcharge of £65 and court costs of £30.

DANIEL PETER CHADWICK, 19, of Medhurst Way, Oxford, admitted drink driving in Botley Road, Oxford on December 3. Had 99mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcg. He was fined £592, must pay a victim surcharge of £59 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 24 months.

LASZLO TAMAS, 39, of Manor Road, Towersey admitted drink driving in Watlington Road, Oxford on December 3. Had 75mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcg. He was fined £415, must pay a victim surcharge of £41 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 20 months.

LEIGHTON ALEXANDER WILLIAMS, 33, of Moorbank, Oxford, admitted drink driving in Tarragon Drive, Oxford on December 3. Had 50mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcg. He was fined £403 and must pay a victim surcharge of £40 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 14 months.

CHRISTOPHER BRICKELL-BOWERS, 37, of Thames Mead, Crowmarsh Gifford, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver alleged to have committed an offence between July 3 and July 31. He was fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66, court costs of £85 and was given six points on his licence.

RICHARD LI, 23, of Juxon Street, Oxford, was convicted of speeding at 40mph in a 30mph zone in Woodstock Road, Oxford on May 29. He was fined £220, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was given three points on his licence.

SCOTT MARTIN-WRIGHT, 37, of Apley Way, Witney was convicted of speeding at 81mph in a 60mph zone on the A34, Chieveley on May 27. He was fined £80, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was given four points on his licence.

VICTOR MIHAI, 59, of Howard Road, Banbury was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver alleged to have committed an offence between July 3 and July 31. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and given six points on his licence.

DOMINIC SIMMONDS, 22, of Daisy Bank, Abingdon was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver alleged to have committed an offence between June 30 and July 28. PHILLIP DUNCAN THOMPSON, 31, of Collingwood Avenue, Didcot was convicted of speeding at 40mph in a 30mph zone in Goring Rood, Woodcote on May 31. He was fined £160, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was given three points on his licence.

DECLAN JOHN JARDINE, 22, of Acremead Road, Wheatley was convicted of assaulting a man by beating him in Wantage on November 18. A community order was made and he must carry out 60 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge £85 and court costs of £85.

MICHAEL JOSEPH GALLAGHER, 37, of no fixed address, admitted stealing aftershave worth £40 from a Boots store in Cowley Road, Oxford on October 2. A community order was made and he must have treatment for drug dependency and he must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £75.

BANBURY MAGISTRATES

BENJAMIN WOODWARD, 31, of Beaumarls Close, Banbury, admitted to stealing £250 in cash, a pension book, a post office account card and BT payment card belonging to a woman in Londis Bradley Arcade, Banbury, on December 19, 2017. He was given a 12-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay £250 in compensation.

DAVID PAUL HATTON, 36, of Jubilee Court, Banbury, admitted possessing one wrap of crack cocaine and two wraps of diamorphine on December 14 in Banbury. He was sentenced for eight weeks in prison, suspended for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £115.
