A RUCKSACK which could be key to a police investigation has been found after residents were told to have ‘CSI in mind’ and not handle if found.
Police in Bicester appealed on Twitter on Monday for help from Residents near Town Walk East and Ruskin Walk to find it after an attempted burglary.
