TWO men have been charged with burglary after presents were stolen from a house on Christmas Eve.
Daniel Webb, aged 34, of no fixed abode, and Matthew Webb, aged 36, of no fixed abode, were both charged with one count of burglary on Friday.
The charges relate to an incident which occurred in Walton Street, Oxford, on December 24 during which a property was burgled.
Both men have been remanded to appear at Oxford Crown Court on February 2.
