A FIRM of digital marketing experts has expanded its operation to open a new office in Oxford.

Cardiff-based Spindogs has opened a new base for staff at The Magdalen Centre at Oxford Science Park.

Its growing portfolio includes car manufacturers Nissan and Hyundai and the agency has also won competitive tenders for website design for the Department of Earth Sciences and the Department of Engineering Science at Oxford University, along with Exeter College.

This complements Spindogs existing work in the education sector for Swansea University, Cardiff University and Atlantic College.

Established in 2004 by managing director Liam Giles, Spindogs employs 31 staff and is now on course to increase turnover by 50 per cent from £1m to £1.5m during this current financial year.

Matthew Baldwin, communications officer at Exeter College, said: “There are almost 40 colleges within the University of Oxford and we wanted to create a website that would stand out from the crowd.

“Spindogs showed they had the creativity and vision to come up with something genuinely different that would appeal to our audiences while reflecting the college’s values and identity.

“They responded to our brief with energy, imagination and expertise. We are delighted with the end result and have no hesitation in recommending Spindogs to any organisation wanting a high-quality, good-value website.”
