Also admitted failing without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Oxford Magistrates' Court on July 28 2017 having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on July 12 2017 at Abingdon Police Station. Discharged conditionally for six months. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20.

JOSHUA ISHMAEL WILSON, 23, of Ting Tang Lane, Burford Road, Minster Lovell, Witney, admitted driving a motor vehicle when he was using a handheld mobile phone on August 29 2016. Fined £100. Driving record endorsed with three points.

JAMILA NASILA ADAMS, 41, of Eastfield Road, Witney, admitted stealing beef to the value of £82.48 belonging to Lidl in Cowley on April 4 2017. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20.

MARK LEAH HENDRON, 30, of Orchid Mews, Harwell, Didcot, admitted making off without making payment at a petrol filling station, Vineyard, Abingdon, with intent to avoid payment of £52.71. Hendron also admitted stealing various meat to the value of £100 belonging to The Co-op petrol station in Wantage Road, Didcot. Hendron also admitted failing without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Oxford Magistrates' Court on July 28 2017, having been released on bail. Community order made. Defendant must undergo a drug rehabilitation requirement for six months and a rehabilitation activity requirement for 30 days. Ordered to pay £436.83 in compensation.

JAMES CHARLES JAGGARD, 31, of Loyd Road, Didcot, admitted between June 4 2017 and July 4 2017 pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of a woman in which he sent numerous texts and emails, some of which were abusive, harassing and upsetting. Restraining order made for the defendant. Fined £750. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £75 and costs of £85.

SAM ANTHONY BAKER, 24, of Lodden Avenue, Berinsfield, admitted breaching a non-molestation order on March 3 2017. Also admitted criminal damage to property valued under £5,000 on the same date in the same location. Baker admitted failing without reasonable cause to to surrender to custody at Oxford Magistrates' Court on July 7 2017 having been released on bail. Fined £370. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Ordered to pay compensation of £16, a victim surcharge of £33 and costs of £250.

BYRON THOMAS, 43, of Lawrence Road, Cowley, Oxford, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis on April 29 2017. Fined £562. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £56 and costs of £250. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

PETER BROWN, 31, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing three bottles of Trin aftershave worth £96 from Debenhams in Oxford on June 29 and failing to surrender to custody at Abingdon Police Station without reasonable cause on June 30. Jailed for 14 days and ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge.

DEAN COULLING, 34, of Hawksbeard Road, Southmoor, Abingdon, admitted stealing sun glasses worth £150 in Gore End, Newbury on July 24. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £50 compensation.

DAVID LAZELLE, 39, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted failing to surrender to custody at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on July 14. Fined £80 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge.

PAUL WITHERS, 49, of St Nicholas Road, Oxford, admitted entering a building as a trespasser and stealing gardening equipment of an unknown value in Longwall, Oxford, on June 13. Fined £70 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge.

GAVIN EMBERTON, 40, of Nicholas Avenue, Old Marston, Oxford, admitted two counts of breaching a domestic violence protection notice on July 21 and July 29 respectively. Fined a total

of £50.

CRAIG PRITCHARD, 34, of no fixed abode, admitted burgling Euro Bar in George Street, Oxford, on July 28 and stealing a handbag and its contents of an unknown value. Sentenced to eight weeks in prison suspended for 12 months and ordered to take part in drug rehabilitation requirement. Ordered to pay £200 compensation.

MICHAEL SUTTON, 33, of Kinaston Road, Didcot, admitted harassment by breaching a restraining order by messaging a woman in Didcot on July 28. Sentenced to 28 days in prison suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge.

CHLOE BROWN, 34, of Brome Place, Oxford, admitted breaching a criminal behaviour order in London Road, Headington, Oxford, on July 7 by approaching a member of the public and begging for money without reasonable excuse. Fined £80 and ordered to pay £20 compensation and a £30 victim surcharge.

BARRY BURNHAM, 37, of Naldertown, Wantage, admitted criminal damage to property by destroying bottles of alcohol and pint glasses to the value of £65.55 belonging to The Bowyer Arms in Radley on December 26. Fined £200 and ordered to pay £65.55 compensation, a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

GARY MITCHELL, 27, of Heyford close, Standlake, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her in Grove on June 24. Ordered to take part in rehabilitation activity for a maximum of 10 days and to pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

JACOB SANDERS, 23, of Alfredston Place, Wantage, admitted stealing a Nintendo E-Shop Card worth £25 for his employer, Argos, in Limborough Road, Wantage, on March 21. Fined £80 and ordered to pay £25 compensation, a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

JOE SIMMONDS, 27, of Worthington Way, Wantage, admitted destroying a wall tile worth £400 belonging to Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust on July 20. Discharged conditionally for six months and ordered to pay £200 compensation and a £20 victim surcharge.

BANBURY

ADRIAN FANNON, 39, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing meat valued at £44 and £7.50 from Euro Garages at Ermont Way, Banbury on January 5 and January 25. He was given a conditional discharge for six months and ordered to pay compensation of £33 and £7.50 and a victim surcharge of £20.

NEIL GARETY, 47, of Emerson Valley, Milton Keynes, was convicted of assaulting a man in Witney on December 10. He was jailed for 16 weeks suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £500 as well as court costs of £200.

LEWIS MARTIN-WRIGHT, 20, of Vale Road, Witney, admitted causing criminal damage by breaking a window at St Mungos, Witney on July 20 as well as being in breach of a previous suspended sentence. He was fined £100 and ordered to pay compensation of £100 as well as a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £40.

SHAUN BURGESS, 28, of Saxton Road, Abingdon, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the driver of a vehicle on January 17 at Banbury. He was fined £660 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £150. He was also disqualified from driving for 12 months.

LOUIS FALLER, 26, of Marlborough Road, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the driver of a vehicle between September 1 and 29 at Banbury. He was fined £660 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £150. He was also given six penalty points on his driving licence.

COREY REID, 20, of Oxford Road, Banbury, admitted assaulting a woman on August 2 at Oxford Road Banbury and causing criminal damage to a vehicle. He was fined £40 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

ION ROSCA, 24, of Grimsbury Drive, Banbury, admitted driving a vehicle on July 21 above the legal alcohol limit at Bloxham Road, Banbury, with 79 mcg of alcohol to 100 ml of breath. He was fined £350 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £35 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 20 months.

VIJAY SARBATTA, 36, of Lane Close, Kidlington, admitted having 5.3ug of delta-9-tetrahydrocannabino, also known as cannabis, in his blood while driving on April 15 at Oxford Road, Bicester. He also admitted possessing cannabis. He was fined £190 for the driving offence and disqualified from driving for 12 months. For possession of cannabis he was fined £126 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

LOUIS WILLIAMS, 19, of Plane Tree Way, Woodstock, admitted driving a vehicle above the legal alcohol limit at Woodstock on July 20 with 56 mcg of alcohol to 100 ml of breath. He was fined £230 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 12 months.
