THE A40 has been reopened between Witney and Oxford after a crash involving two vehicles.
The crash happened on the eastbound carriageway near Shores Green, at the end of the section of dual carriageway, police said.
It involved a lorry and a red Renault Laguna. Lane two of two was blocked and drivers earlier faced delays but reports say the area has now been cleared.
Police spokeswoman Lucy Billen said: "There was a report at 7.39am of a single vehicle damage only collision on A40 Barnard Gate near where the road becomes a dual carriageway.
"The car appears to have hit the central reservation causing damage."
