A DISCOUNT retailer and phone shop are among the brands set to move into newly-created units in the Templars retail park.
In January this year shoe retailer Brantano, which had a branch in the retail park off Between Towns Road, went into administration.
The unit it formally occupied has been split into three and leases on two of the resultant spaces appear to have been signed with The Works and Dixons/Carphone Warehouse.
Both have submitted planning applications to Oxford City Council to put up their own signage outside units 2 and 2B and appear to be set to stay in the retail park until at least 2022.
The Works is a discount retailer selling books, toys, gifts, games and stationery while the other unit will house electrics retailer Dixons and mobile phone retailer Carphone Warehouse.
The units are in between Halfords and JD Sports.
