Shane Prothero, 39, of Allnatt Avenue, Wallingford, admitted causing criminal damage by damaging a boot belonging to PS Marshall at Abingdon Police Station on January 19. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £40 compensation and a £30 victim surcharge.

Georgina Whale, 35,of Stonor Close, Didcot, admitted stealing a wallet and contents worth £20 from Keith Summerell in Didcot on February 17 last year. Ordered to pay £130 compensation and £30 costs.

Alun O'Donoghue, 36, of Saxton Road, Abingdon, admitted assaulting Ivor O'Donoghue by beating him in Saxton Road, Abingdon, on January 1. Also admitted assaulting Christopher Bennett by beating him in the same street on January 2. Fined £80 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Hayley Cox, 34, of Henry Taunt Close, Headington, admitted stealing a Dyson V6 worth £429.99 from Currys in Market Square, Witney, on November 1 last year. Also admitted stealing cosmetics worth £104 from Holland and Barrett in Oxford on November 4 last year. Jailed for 14 weeks. Also ordered to pay £533.99 compensation and a £115 victim surcharge.

Jade Slater, 23, of no fixed abode, admitted possessing cannabis, a class B drug, at Abingdon Police Station, Colwell Drive, Abingdon on December 5 last year. Also admitted driving otherwise in accordance with a licence and driving without insurance in Hythe Bridge Street, Oxford, on the same date. Also admitted failing to provide a specimen of blood, without reasonable excuse to do so, on the same date. Also admitted committing an offence while subject to a conditional discharge order. Handed a 14-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge. Handed a 12-month driving ban.

Daniel Fitzsimons, 30, of no fixed abode, was convicted of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards Karl Mitchell-Shead, with intent to cause him to believe immediate unlawful violence would be used against him or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence at the Shell Garage, in Broadway, Didcot, on April 3 last year. Admitted assaulting the same victim by beating him in Didcot on the same date. Also admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order, by not complying with an unpaid work requirement because his behaviour was unacceptable. Jailed for 13 weeks. Ordered to pay £200 compensation.

Zahdi Hyshyar Nai, 35, of George Street, Oxford, admitted failing without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Oxford Magistrates' Court on February 2. Fined £50 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge.

Martin O'Donnell, 19, of Shakespeare Avenue South, Hayes, Hillingdon, admitted stealing an iPhone 7 Plus worth £719 from Carphone Warehouse, in High Street, Witney, on January 13. Handed a community order, with a 60-hour unpaid work requirement and ordered to pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Anita Puttick, 33, of Glebelands, Oxford, admitted driving a vehicle while above the alcohol legal limit in Glebelands, Oxford on January 23, 2017. Puttick gave a reading of 73 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Also admitted driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence and using a motor vehicle on a road or public place without third party insurance, on the same day in the same location. Fined £400. Ordered to pay compensation of of £300, a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 15 months.

Patrycja Nowak, 32, of Windrush Tower, Knights Road, Oxford, admitted driving a motor vehicle on the A40 on January 7 2017 while being over the legal alcohol limit. Nowak gave a reading of 98 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Fined £223. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge £30 and costs of £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 24 months.

Luke Joe Berry, 28, of Taylor Close, Faringdon, was convicted of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour, with intent to cause Julie Berry harassment in Abingdon on December 11 2016. Sentenced to six weeks in prison suspended for 12 months. Restraining order made for the defendant not to contact Julie or Melvin Berry directly or indirectly expect via solicitors on one occasion when accompanied by a police officer to collect document box. Not to go to Mill Road, Abingdon. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £115 and costs of £250.

William Peter Norris Deakin, 53, of Banbury Road, Oxford, was convicted of using a handheld mobile phone or device while driving a motor vehicle on the M40 in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire on February 4 2016. Fined £100. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £400. Driving record endorsed with three points.

Christian Marcelia, 21, of Corn Street, Witney, admitted using threatening, abusive, insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of or provoke unlawful violence in Istanbul Kebab, Greys Road, Henley-on-Thames on June 20 2016. Discharged conditionally for six months. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20.

Basil Mguini, 28, of Holm Way, Bicester, admitted stealing champagne and spirits to the value of £149 belonging to Sainsburys in Bicester on September 4 2016. Also admitted assaulting Afraz Iqbal by beating him on the same day in the same location. Mguini admitted stealing two bottles of vodka to the value of £36 belonging to Sainsburys in Pioneer Square, Bicester, on September 13 2016 and also admitted failing without reasonable excuse to surrender to custody at Banbury Magistrates Court on November 11 2016 having been released on bail in criminal proceedings. Community order made. Defendant must carry out 120 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. Ordered to pay compensation of £235, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £115. Fined £100 and ordered to pay costs of £35.
