OXFORD City Council has published its Easter holiday service arrangements including waste collections.

The St Aldates and Templars Square offices will close for Easter from 5pm on Thursday, April 13 and re-open at 9am on Tuesday, April 18.

Bin collections

Domestic recycling and waste collections will not be affected over the Easter holiday period.

Emergency contacts

The emergency out of hours number for the council is 01865 249811 and will be live from one hour after the offices' closure until one hour before they reopen.

There are also specific numbers for certain services. They are:

Council housing emergency repairs: 0800 227676

Caretaking emergency service at Plowman Tower, Foresters Tower, Evenlode Tower, Windrush Tower, Pound House and Riverside Court and Council owned sheltered accommodation: 07932 762712

Leisure

Visit the council's leisure centre pages for information about Easter opening hours at the city's leisure centres, swimming pools and ice rink, or individual centre pages for timetables.

Car parks

All council-run car parks and park and ride sites will be open as normal over Easter.

Museum of Oxford

The Museum of Oxford is closed on Sundays and bank holidays and as such will be closed on Good Friday, Easter Sunday and Easter Monday.

Shopmobility

Oxford Shopmobility will be open from 9am to 4pm.

Covered Market

The Oxford Covered Market will be open at the following times:

Good Friday - 8.30am – 4pm

Saturday - 8am - 5.30pm as normal

Easter Sunday - closed

Easter Monday - closed

Parks

Oxford's parks will also be open during the Easter holiday period.
