Broken down car slows commuters
DRIVERS are being warned of loose cattle on a road near Banbury.
The cows are on the A4260 between Adderbury and Deddington.
Drivers are also being held up on the A41 near Bicester due to a broken down car on the approach to the M40.
The car has broken down in the middle lane as the road joins the motorway at junction 9.
Traffic is also building on the A40 between Witney and Oxford.
Roads in the city centre are still moving relatively smoothly.
