Adrian Almquist, 37, of The Waldorf Hilton, Aldwych, London, admitted damaging a vessel known as Heron belonging to Andrew Stewart in Oxford on November 12 last year. Handed a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £100 compensation, a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Chiwoniso Bikishoni, 20, of admitted giving away food worth £57.09 without taking payment, belonging to BP Express Service Station, A40 Wolvercote Roundabout, Oxford, on June 30 last year. Handed a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £57.09 compensation, £40 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

Flavius Cretu, of Cricket Road, Oxford, admitted assaulting Thican Lathansa by beating him at the BP Garage, Oxford Road, Oxford, on January 7. Handed a community order with an 100-hour unpaid work requirement. Ordered to pay £100 compensation, an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Przemyslaw Lapczynski, 23, of no fixed abode, admitted possessing a locking knife in George Street Mews, Oxford, on January 8. Fined £200 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge.

Karl Moreton, 31, of The Night Shelter, Oxford, admitted possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Cornmarket Street, Oxford, on December 24 last year. Also admitted causing £156-worth of damage to two police cells at Abingdon Police Station between December 24 and December 25 last year. Also admitted stealing three fragrances worth £60 from Debenhams, Oxford, on January 7. Also admitted committing an offence while subject to a conditional discharge order. Handed a community order, with a drug rehabilitation activity requirement and a rehabilitation activity requirement. Ordered to pay an £85 victim surcharge.

Adrian Wlodarczyk, 24, of no fixed abode, admitted possessing an extendable baton in George Street Mews, Oxford, on January 8. Fined £200 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge.

Benjamin Jarvis-Foster, 26, of Hudson Street, Bicester, admitted stealing alcohol from McColls Newsagents in Market Square, Bicester, and damaging a door at the store on April 19 last year. Also admitted stealing alcohol worth £40 from Co-op in Barberry Place, Bicester, on the same date. Also admitted stealing £9-worth of alcohol from Tesco in Bowmont Square, Bicester, on the same date. Also admitted driving dangerously on Chapel Street, Bicester, and driving without insurance on the same date. Jailed for four weeks, ordered to pay £289 compensation and £300 costs. Handed a 15-month driving ban.

Thomas Gosling, 37, of Mill Lane, Benson, admitted drink-driving in Stadhampton Road, Stadhampton, on December 20 last year. Had 114 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35 micrograms. Handed a community order with a 100-hour unpaid work requirement. Ordered to pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Given a 26-month driving ban.

Balaram Gurung, 60, Rivermead Road, Oxford, admitted driving a motor vehicle while above the legal alcohol limit on October 29 2016 in Ambassador Avenue, Oxford. Gurung had 303 milligrammes of alcohol in 100ml of blood. The legal limit is 80 milligrammes. Community order made. Defendant must carry out 150 hours unpaid work within the next 12 months. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 33 months.

Simon Lee Hudson, 32, of Morrell Avenue, Oxford, admitted committing fraud by dishonestly making a false representation, namely securing payment in relation to the sale of a laptop computer that he did not own or have possession of, intending to make a gain of £375 between September 7 2014 and September 9 2014 in Oxford. Fined £80. Ordered to pay compensation of £450, costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £20.

Alex Bryan Pinches, 21, of Atwell Place, Oxford, admitted possessing an offensive weapon in a public place on December 21 2016.Pinches has in his possession an extendable police-type baton in Cowley. Fined £275 ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85.

Jack James Sarll, 20, of Cole Court, Didcot, admitted driving a motor vehicle, namely a Yamaha motorcycle, otherwise than in accordance with a licence on February 10 2016 at the A34 Milton Interchange, Abingdon. Also admitted on the same day in the same location of having a exceeded specified limit of Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol. Fined £100. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20. Disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

Barney William Bloom, 36, of Hudson Street, Bicester, admitted stealing perfume to the value of £198 belonging to DEbenhams on January 6 2017 in Banbury. Fined £100. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85.
