Kevin Mewis, 56, of Myers Close, Charlton, Banbury, admitted harassing Katarzyna Benka by sending her emails, approaching her in the street and following her on a bicycle between November 15 and December 2 last year. Fined £110 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Handed a restraining order.

Alex Salvesen, 31, of Butler House, Ashhurst Way, Oxford, admitted stealing meat worth £20 from Sainsbury's, in Banbury Road, Oxford, on January 8. Also admitted obstructing or resisting a constable in the execution of their duty in Woodstock Road, Oxford, on the same date. Fined £150 and ordered to pay £16.50 compensation, a £30 victim surcharge and £50 costs.

Janusz Siemia Tkowski, 35, of Windale Avenue, Oxford, admitted failing without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Oxford Magistrates' Court on December 29 last year. Fined £50 and ordered to pay a ££0 victim surcharge.

Stephen Aliwell, 29, of Stanmore Crescent, Carterton, admitted assaulting Beth Aliwell by beating her in Stanmore Crescent, Carterton, on December 10 last year. Fined £475 and ordered to pay a £47 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Richard Harrison, 48, of Hailey Road, Chipping Norton, admitted assaulting Lynda Harrison by beating her in Cornish Road, Chipping Norton, on December 17 last year. Fine £500 and ordered to pay a £50 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Rebecca Nuttall, 26, of Samuelson Court, Banbury, admitted stealing fragrances worth £75.60 from Debenhams in Banbury on December 12 last year. Also admitted failing without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Banbury Magistrates' Court on January 4. Also admitted committing an offence while subject to a suspended sentence order. Jailed for 16 weeks and ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge.

Daniel Dunican, of Crumps Butts, Bicester, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Market Square, Bicester, on July 16 last year. Fined £200 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Matthew Hall, 33, of Quarry Place, Enstone, admitted drug-driving on the A40 Witney on November 23 last year. Had 200 micrograms of benzoylecgonine in his blood, exceeding the limit of 50 micrograms. Fined £120 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £40 costs. Handed a 17-month driving ban.
