A group that set up accommodation for homeless people in a disused Volkswagen showroom in Iffley is due back in court today.
Iffley Open House said it would be at the county court in Oxford to receive a final notice to leave the property in Iffley Road.
On Tuesday an eviction notice was served to the people staying in the garage after the building's owner, Wadham College, was granted permission to demolish it and build student flats.
It followed a ruling in January when the court imposed a repossession order but allowed the group to remain until April 10, a date agreed by leaseholders Midcounties Co-operative.
But on Tuesday Wadham College confirmed it had secured an early termination of the company's lease allowing it to enforce the eviction by February 27.
About 20 homeless people have been living there since New Year's Eve.
