A MAN has been charged with conspiracy to supply drugs following dawn raids by Thames Valley Police on the morning of January 24.

In one of the force's biggest operations, some 24 properties in Oxford and Abingdon were targeted and 22 people arrested.

Following the operation, which also took place in London, Tabu Dan Melle, 28, of Stephens Avenue in Hammersmith and Fulham, was arrested on Saturday, February 4 and charged with two counts of conspiracy to supply class A drugs.

It relates to offences between 13 July 2016 and 23 November 2016.

Melle appeared at Oxford Magistrates Court on Monday and was remanded to appear at Oxford Crown Court on 24 February 2017.
