Congestion slows commuters heading to Oxford on A40
HEAVY traffic caused problems for drivers travelling to Oxford this morning.
There were delays to motorists travelling eastbound on the A40 between Witney and Cassington.
There was heavy traffic affecting commuters heading on the A34 southbound from junction 9 with the M40 near Bicester.
Drivers were also told to expect delays on the A34 near Abingdon.
