Electrical fault cuts power supply to homes in southern Oxfordshire
ALMOST 200 homes across South Oxfordshire were left in the dark for four hours after a power failure.
Residents in the OX13 and OX12 postcode were without power from about 5.30pm to shortly before 10pm on Sunday night.
Engineers restored power to some of the 190 homes affected but many more were left without electricity until late into the night.
A spokesman for Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks said yesterday: “We would like to thank our customers for their patience while our engineers restored their power supplies.”
