A DRIVER was fined after being stopped by police with no insurance, no driving licence and no MOT.
The un-named motorist was stopped at London Road, Bicester at 3.20pm on Saturday along with a passenger.
The driver was fined £500 and given 6 penalty points.
The car was also seized by police.
