Heavy traffic and poor visibility on Oxfordshire roads this morning
TRAFFIC has started to return to normal after low visibility slowed commuters travelling in Oxfordshire this morning.
There was congestion on the A40, the A34 and the A420 earlier this morning, but traffic has now mostly cleared with the end of the morning rush hour.
