Traffic building on roads into Oxford this morning
CONGESTION is already starting to slow drivers heading into Oxford this morning.
Vehicles are queuing on the A4130 from Steventon Hill to the Milton Interchange.
Traffic is building on the eastbound carriageway of the A420, where the road meets the A34.
Motorists can also expect delays in both directions on the A40 at Wolvercote.
There is heavy traffic on the M40 southbound near Bicester.
