Stunning aerial images of Oxford on a crisp winter's day have been captured by pilots from the National Police Air Service.
The service's chopper based at RAF Benson sped over the city earlier this week, providing a chance to take the photos.
Both images look towards the city centre from above Magdalen Bridge, with the Radcliffe Camera clearly visible in the centre.
When NPAS pilots are not taking photos such as these they are busy searching for missing people, tracking and locating suspects, following vehicles in car chases and helping to fight the threat of terrorism.
