OXFORD:

Andrew Achilleos, 55, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing alcohol belonging to Waitrose in Wallingford Street, Wantage, to the value of £439.50 on July 13 2016. Sentenced to prison for 28 days. Ordered to pay compensation of £200.

Adam Lewis Ryan, 35, of Leiden Road, Oxford, admitted assaulting Raju Kadumbattuparambil by beating him at a bus stop in St Aldates, Oxford, on November 1 2016. Community order made. Defendant ordered to be under curfew for two months with electronic monitoring between 8pm and 6am on each Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Ordered to pay £200 in compensation and costs of £85.

Tom James Paul Smith, 33, of Foxglove Way, Harwell, Didcot, was convicted of assaulting Chloe Smith by beating her in Freeman Road, Didcot on April 14 2016. Community order made. Rehabilitation activity requirement ordered for 25 days. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £350.

Hugh Justin Spencer White, 55, of Littleworth Park, Littleworth, Oxford, admitted intentionally exposing his genitals intending that someone would see them and be caused alarm or distress in Littleworth Road, Wheatley, Oxford on July 4 2016. Community order made. Defendant ordered to take part in an alcohol treatment requirement for six months and a rehabilitation activity requirement for 20 days. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £200.

Eric Robert Austin, 46, of Abingdon Road, Oxford, admitted without reasonable excuse, entering the Victoria Arms public house on November 3 2016 and using insulting and/or racist language directed at another person which he was prohibited from doing by a criminal behaviour order made by Oxford Magistrates' Court on March 19 2015. Also admitted committed the same offence on the same day but at the Jericho Tavern public house. Austin admitted on November 3 2016 in Oxford, knowing that payment on the spot for goods supplied, namely alcohol and a meal, was required or expected, dishonestly made off without having paid and with intent to avoid payment of £37.85. Also admitted on the same date to with the intent to cause Henry Golding harassment, alarm or distress, by using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour thereby causing that or another person harassment, alarm or distress and the offence was racially aggravated. Sentenced to prison for 10 weeks concurrent on all four charges. Ordered to pay compensation of £137.85.

Danny Barron, 44, of Clematis Place, Abingdon, admitted driving a motor vehicle, namely a Citroen Saxo in Northcourt Road, Abingdon, while being over the legal alcohol limit on October 28 2016. Barron gave a reading of 77mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35mg. Barron admitted failing to stop a mechanically propelled vehicle when required by a constable or traffic warden on the same date in the same road. HE also admitted driving whilst disqualified on the same date in the same road. Sentenced to six weeks imprisonment suspended for 12 months. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Samuel Craig Cooper, 24, of Valence Crescent, Deer Park, Witney, admitted making off without payment. On May 13 2016 at Frilford Heath, knowing that payment on the spot for goods supplied, namely food and drink, was required or expected, Cooper dishonestly made off without having paid as required or expected and with intent to avoid payment of £127. Fined £100. Ordered to pay compensation of £127 and costs of £35.

Winston Wills Fine, 51, of Territorial Way, Headington, Oxford, admitted stealing meat and food to the value of £90 belonging to BP Express Service Station in Oxford on August 7 2016. Also admitted breach of committing a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made by Oxford Magistrates' Court on April 7 2016 for the offences of theft and common assault. Fined £100. Ordered to pay compensation of £90 and costs of £35.

Shane Francis Kelly, 26, of The Hamel, Oxford, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place, namely St Aldates, on November 24 2016. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85.

James Richard Anthony Perry, 51, of Campion Place, Bicester, was convicted of assaulting Teresa Binczyk by beating her on July 6 2016.Also admitted an offence of harassment without violence between July 28 2016 and October 6 2016 in Oxfordshire and Berkshire. Perry pursued a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of Alicja Perry and which he knew or ought to have known amounted to the harassment of her in that he followed her on foot and by car on a least five occasions. Community order made. Unpaid work requirement ordered for 120 hours within the next 12 months. Restraining order made for the defendant not to contact Alicia Perry or Teresa Binczyk directly or indirectly.

Rio Cadle, 25, of Church Road, Sandford-on-Thames, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause a person to believe immediate unlawful violence would be used against them, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence in George Street on December 11. Discharged conditionally for 12 months and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. 

Dylan Mainard, 18, of Wantage Road, Didcot, admitted damaging a wardrobe to the value of £500 in Rock Close, Carterton, on December 9. Ordered to pay £500 compensation, an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Wilfredo Serino, 42, of Glyme Drive, Berinsfield, admitted drink-driving in Fane Drive, Berinsfield, on December 10. Had 79 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £370 and ordered to pay a £37 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving or holding a licence for 20 months.

Nicholas Walker, 36, of Stockham Park, Wantage, admitted assaulting a police officer in the execution of his duty in Wallingford Street, Wantage, on December 10. Fined £80 and ordered to pay £75 compensation, a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Luke Berry, 28, of Taylor Close, Faringdon, admitted making off without paying for a taxi fare in Folly View Road, Faringdon, on December 4. Fined £80 and ordered to pay £54 compensation, a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Adam Janes, 24, of Berry Croft, Abingdon, admitted admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause a person to believe immediate unlawful violence would be used against them, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence in George Street, Oxford, on December 11. Fined £267 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Lewis Monnery, 19, of Golafre Road, Abingdon, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause a person to believe immediate unlawful violence would be used against them, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence in George Street, Oxford, on December 11. Fined £166 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. 

Terry Wakeling, 37, care of Bonar Road, Headington, admitted, with another, entering a building in Asquith Road, Oxford, as a trespasser and living in or intending to live in the building between December 7 and December 12. Discharged conditionally for 12 months and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Also admitted committing a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence.
 

BANBURY: 

Lukoh Miriki, 40, of Ashhurst Way, Oxford, admitted committing fraud by dishonestly making a false representation by presenting false documents to open a bank account at HSBC in Witney, intending to make a gain of £7,000 of credit, on October 25. Handed a two-year conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Benjamin Taylor, 27, of Queen Emmas Dyke, Witney, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Market Square, Witney, on November 25. Also admitted failing without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Banbury Magistrates' Court on December 14. Handed a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Benjamin Truby, 42, of Bucknell Road, Bicester, admitted possessing crack cocaine, a class A drug, in Banbury Road, Bicester, on September 25. Handed a12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Robert Benfield, 20, of Oxford House, Kings End, Bicester, admitted possessing herbal cannabis, a class B drug, in Bicester, on November 23. Also admitted committing an offence while subject to a conditional discharge order. Handed a two-year conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

David Hall, 47, of The Avenue, Bloxham, admitted drink-driving in North Newington, Banbury, on December 3. Had 96 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £374 and ordered to pay a £37 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Handed a 24-month driving ban.

Max McTaggart, 33, of Gilkes Yard, Banbury, admitted stealing a Skullcandy wireless speaker worth £29.99 from Game, in Castle Quay, Banbury, on November 20. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Susan O'Leary, 55, of Bramble Bank, Madley Park, Witney, admitted breaching a criminal behaviour order without reasonable excuse by phoning the police for a non-emergency reason, which she was prohibited from doing so, in Bramble Bank, Witney, on April 11. Also admitted breaching the order by making two 999 calls and one 101 call to the police, which she was prohibited from doing, between July 8 and July 9. Also admitted breaching the order by using abusive words towards emergency staff, which she was prohibited from doing, on August 17. Also admitted breaching the order by calling the police when there was not a genuine emergency, which she was prohibited from doing, on August 24. Handed a five-week sentence, suspended for 12 months, with a rehabilitation activity requirement. Ordered to pay £85 costs and an £115 victim surcharge.

Kelly McKaig, 23, of Priory Road, Bicester, admitted drink-driving in Southam Road, Banbury, on December 4. Had 79 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £180 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Handed an 18-month driving ban.

Anthony Page, 32, of Beaker Place, Sutton Courtenay, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Banbury Road, Bicester, on May 8. Also admitted failing without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Banbury Magistrates' Court on May 27. Fined £533 and ordered to pay a £40 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Bradley Jones, 24, of Quarrington Grove, Birmingham, admitted assaulting Elicia Trowbridge in Milton-under-Wychwood on August 1. Also admitted harassing Elicia Trowbridge by calling her, sending her text messages, confronting her and attending her home address when not invited, in Shipton under Wychwood between August 1 and September 9. Also admitted failing without reasonable excuse to surrender to custody at Banbury Magistrates' Court on August 22. Also admitted possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in The Leasows, Broadwell, Gloucestershire, on September 8. Also admitted dishonestly making off without paying £44.42 at Marsh Service Station, Stow Road, Moreton-in-Marsh, on September 3. Handed a 22-week sentence, suspended for 24 months, with a rehabilitation activity requirement and a 60-hour unpaid work requirement. Made subject to a restraining order and must pay £110 compensation, a £115 victim surcharge, £700 costs and £44.42 compensation.
