THERE are no council meetings affecting Oxford until the new year, according to schedules.
Both Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council this week concluded their public business for the year.
The next meeting due on January 5 is of the county council's performance scrutiny committee, at 10am in County Hall.
Other notable meetings in the second week of the month are of the city council's east area planning committee on January 11 and a special session of its scrutiny committee on January 12.
