Aidan Scott, 20, of Welch Way, Witney, admitted damaging a BMW 1 Series car belonging to James Kerswill in Witney on September 24. Also admitted having an air weapon, without reasonable excuse, in Welch Way, Witney, on the same date. Fined £250 and ordered to pay £150 compensation, a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Aaron Joines, 29, of Rochester Way, Twyford, Adderbury, was convicted in his absence of causing criminal damage by damaging a window worth £150 belonging to The Banbury Project, in Banbury, on July 7. Admitted failing without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Banbury Magistrates' Court on November 23. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £150 compensation, a £30 victim surcharge and £100 costs.

Benjamin Taylor, 27, of no fixed abode, admitted assaulting a constable in the execution of their duty in Corn Street, Witney, on December 3. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Elisabeth Stopford, 49, of Bicester Park Homes, Oxford Road, Bicester, admitted drink-driving in Roman Road, Wheatley, on November 19. Had 62 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £170 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Handed a 17-month driving ban.

Olivia Borrell, 19, of Brinkburn Grove, Banbury, was convicted in her absence of assaulting Angelica Mizeazearz in Banbury on January 31. Also convicted in her absence of assaulting Martyna Kaminska and occasioning her actual bodily harm on the same date. Handed a community order banning her from entering Moo Moo Nigh Club, High Street, Banbury, for 12 months. Ordered to carry out 40 hours unpaid work, pay £700 compensation and a £60 victim surcharge.

Jamie Clark, 27, of O'Hanlon House, Luther Street, Oxford, admitted dishonestly receiving two Cube mountain bikes worth £1500 belonging to Fin Mitchell, knowing or believing them to be stolen goods, at O'Hanlon House, Luther Street, Oxford, on December 5. Also admitted handling stolen goods, which was a Carrera mountain bike belonging to Sanda Switek, in Thames Street, Oxford, on the same date. Also admitted committing an offence while subject to a suspended sentence order. Jailed for 36 weeks and ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge.

David Durrant, 49, of O'Hanlon House, Luther Street, Oxford, admitted handling stolen goods, which was a Carrera mountain bike belonging to Sanda Switek, in Thames Street, Oxford, on December 5. Also admitted committing an offence while subject to a conditional discharge order. Fined £120 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge.

Alan Tyler, 45, of no fixed abode, admitted intentionally exposing himself at Oxford Probation and After Care Service, Clarks Row, Oxford, on November 15. Also admitted failing without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Abingdon Police Station on December 3. Also admitted behaving in an indecent manner while in a cell at Abingdon Police Station on December 15. Jailed for 12 weeks, fined £100 and ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge.

Christiano Barbosa Ximenes, 33, of Donnington Bridge Road, Oxford, admitted with a view to obtaining job seekers allowance, dishonestly made a statement or represenations to the Departmnet for Work and Pensions which was false on March 3 2012 in Oxford. Also admitted with a view to obtaining housing benefit, made a statement or representation to Oxford City Council which was false on February 17 2012. Community order made. Defendant must carry out 250 hours unpaid work within the next 12 months. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and costs of £85.

Brian Timothy Ramsay McNab, 50, of Lincroft Close, Kidlington, was convicted of criminal damage to property valued under £5000. On March 26 in Chadlington, McNab, without lawful excuse, damaged a Vauxhall Astra to the value of unknown belonging to Thames Valley Police, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Fined £440. Ordered to pay compensation of £401.21, a victim surcharge of £44 and costs of £900.

Ryan William Sexon, 18, of Crown Mews, Abingdon, admitted taking a pedal bike without consent of the owner or other lawful authority on August 4 at Radley Railway Station, Abingdon. Also admitted stealing a pedal cycle for the value of £180 belonging to Andrew Croydon at Radley Railway Station on August 14 as well as stealing another pedal bike to the value of £220 belonging to Luke Waine on September 8 at the same station. Sexon admitted a further charge of stealing a pedal cycle to the value of £800 belonging to Sam Hatzigeorgiou from Radley Railway Station on August 2 and pleaded guilty of attempting to steal a pedal cycle to the value of £150 belonging to Lee Palmer on August 19 from the same location. Ordered to pay compensation of £725.
