TRAFFIC is building on Oxford roads as drivers make their morning commute.
Congestion is starting to slow motorists on the A34 southbound and the A40 eastbound between Eynsham and Cassington.
The Southern By-pass is busy in both directions between the Kennington roundabout and the Heyford Hill roundabout.
Traffic is still flowing freely on the M40.
