A spate of thefts across a number of Oxfordshire beauty spots has prompted a warning from police.

Thames Valley Police said that there had been six separate thefts at car parks at different beauty spots yesterday.

The thefts all happened on Sunday in Wantage and Faringdon Ridgeway car parks.

Officers advised people to ensure their property is removed from their cars when parked.
