Famed actor Sir Patrick Stewart has waded in to the Witney by-election debate just days before voters take to the polls.
The Star Trek and X-Men actor pledged his support to Labour candidate Duncan Enright on Twitter today.
In a Tweet to his 2.3 million followers Sir Patrick said: "An enthusiastic endorsement of Duncan Enright and Labour in the Witney constituency on Thursday."

The Labour candidate will contest the seat at a by-election on Thursday October 20.
The seat was left vacant after ex-PM David Cameron quit following the shock leave win in the EU referendum.
