Oxfordshire councillors, trade unions and refugee campaign groups are supporting an Oxford rally as part of a national lobby for refugee children.
A protest will take place at Carfax Tower at 5pm tomorrow and will be followed by a national demonstration at Parliament tomorrow.
More than 1,000 children are in the camp in Calais and are at risk as French authorities are expected to start demolition of the camp in the coming days.
Labour city councillor Susanna Pressel said: "Oxford City Council is happy to support this campaign to rescue the children stuck in the camps in Calais, especially those who have families in the UK.”
Ian Mckendrick, from Oxford Stand Up To Racism, said: "Europol reports that at least 10,000 refugee children have gone missing in Europe, likely victims of trafficking gangs abducting the children to abuse and exploit.
"We can’t allow another generation of young refugees to face oppression and poverty alone."
