An elderly woman has been taken to hospital following a crash near the Lodge Hill interchange of the A34.
Two cars were involved in the collision just after 1.30pm and an 87-year-old woman was treated for rib injuries before being taken to the Royal Berkshire Hospital.
Three other people had minor injurie and were treated at the scene but did not require hospital treatment.
The A4183 Oxford Road which leads onto the A34 was closed in both directions but it has since re-opened.
