James Brown, 43, of no fixed abode, admitted causing criminal damage by damaging a window belonging to Coventry Building Society in Banbury on July 28. Laura Humphries, 23, of Malvern Close, Didcot, was convicted in her absence of using a colour television without a licence between January 25 and February 26. Fined £220 and ordered to pay a £22 victim surcharge and £120 costs.

Catalin-Costel Codreanu, 21, of Marlborough Road, Banbury, admitted drink-driving in High Street, Banbury, on July 8. Had 73 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35 micrograms. Also admitted driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence and driving without insurance. Kristian Lloyd, 30, of Furlong Close, Oxford, admitted using a colour television without a licence between April 5 and May 6. Fined £145 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £120 costs.

Peter Fisher, 72, of The Willows, Witney, admitted drink-driving in The Willows, Witney, on July 13. Had 41 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £500 and ordered to pay a £50 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Handed a 12-month driving ban.

Spencer Hartwell, 29, of Hilton Road, Banbury, admitted failing to report an accident at a police station or to a constable as soon as reasonably practicable and within 24 hours of the accident, in Woodgreen Road, Banbury, on March 19. Mihai Pitariu, 33, of Turnpike Road, Caversfield, admitted drink-driving in Mallards Way, Bicester, on July 9. Had 87 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £160 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Handed a 22-month driving ban.

Alexander Clifton, 18, of The Glebe, Hook Norton, admitted disclosing a private sexual photograph or film without consent, with the intention of causing distress, on December 30 last year. Also admitted committing an offence while subject to a conditional discharge order. Handed three months in detention, suspended for two years, with a rehabilitation activity requirement and an 100-hour unpaid work requirement. Also made subject to a restraining order and must pay £200 compensation.

Mark Roberts, 54, of The Long Barn, Old Witney Road, Eynsham, admitted speeding at 69mph in a 40mph zone on the A34 Northbound, Milton, on June 10 last year. Fined £300 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Handed a 10-day driving ban.

Arezou Azad Hosseini, 46, of Staverton Grange, Banbury Road, Oxford, admitted speeding at 93mph in a 70mph zone on the M40, Great Milton, on May 23 last year. Fined £400 and ordered to pay a £40 victim surcharge and £65 costs. Handed a 21-day driving ban.

Mark Kelly, 33, of no fixed abode, admitted damaging the roof of a shed in a back garden in Barton Lane, Oxford, on July 28. Given a restraining order against going to the home until July 29, 2017, fined £400 and ordered to pay £100 compensation, a £40 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Vaseem Manzoor, 39, of Badger Lane, Oxford, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of unlawful violence on Between Towns Road, Oxford, on February 9, 2015. Also admitted failing to appear at Oxford Magistrates' Court on July 12, 2016, after being released on bail in criminal proceedings. Philip Pledge, 48, of Ashmole Place, Oxford, was convicted of harassing a woman by posting handwritten notes through her front door in Oxford between May 2 and May 28. Umair Banaras, 44, of Boundary Brook Road, Iffley, Oxford, was convicted of driving in Garsington Road, Cowley, without insurance on August 16. Fined £300 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £650 costs. Banned from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months.

Graham Pritchard, 63, of Tyrrells Way, Sutton Courtenay, admitted drink-driving in Sutton Courtenay High Street on July 8. Had 96 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath over the 35 micrograms legal limit. Fined £320 and ordered to pay a £32 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving or obtaining a driving licence for 24 months.

Leslie Prince, 28, of Paradise Street, Oxford, was convicted of assaulting a woman by beating her in Chilton, South Oxfordshire, on December 29, 2015. Also admitted criminally damaging a front door in the village on the same date. Given an 18-month conditional discharge, fined £60 and ordered to pay £100 costs and £100 compensation. Gareth Bateman, 40, of Palmer Road, Faringdon, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her in Meadowbank, Faringdon, on June 3. Given a community order requiring alcohol dependency treatment for six months and participation in a Building Better Relationships programme for 60 days. Also ordered to pay £100 compensation, an £85 victims' surcharge and £350 costs.

Craig Pritchard, 33, of Bulan Road, Headington, admitted failing to attend an unpaid work requirement ordered by Oxford Magistrates' Court on June 14 after being convicted of burglary.
