Emma Luker, 34, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing cosmetics of an unknown value from Boots in Witney on June15, June 19, June 25 and June 29. Sent to prison for a total of five months and ordered to pay a £115 victims’ surcharge.

William Blackshaw, 28, of Goosey, Faringdon, admitted destroying a trophy of an unknown value in Goosey on July 2. Discharged conditionally for 12 months and ordered to pay £150 compensation.

Joad Da Silva, 21, of Blackbird Leys Road, Oxford, admitted driving a car whilst banned from driving in Marcham Road, Abingdon, on July 3. Ordered to carry out 160 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months and to pay an £85 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving or holding a licence for 15 months.

Michael Gallagher, 35, of Marlborough Avenue, Kidlington, admitted stealing fresh meat worth £130 from The Co-operative in Oxford on May 20. Ordered to take part in rehabilitation activity for a maximum of 10 days and to pay an £85 victims’ surcharge.

James Hobbs, 26, of Saxton Road, Abingdon, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place in The Wig and Pen pub in George Street, Oxford on July 3. Fined £60 and ordered to pay a £30 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

John Tivendale, 31, of Manor Road, Witney, admitted speeding at 44mph in a 30mph zone in Ducklington Lane, Witney, on October 7. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

Carl Douglas, 36, of Belgrove Close, Kidlington, admitted dishonestly receiving stolen goods, namely pet flea and worming products worth £577.33 belonging to Medivet in Belgrove Close, Kidlington, on February 4. Also admitted possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Belgrove Close on the same date. Given an 18 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge.

John Kinoyanjui, 50, of Barns Road, Oxford, admitted drink-driving in Cowley Road, Littlemore, on July 1. Had 42 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Also admitted driving without a licence and driving without insurance in Cowley Road on the same date. Fined a total of £715 and ordered to pay a £42 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving or holding a licence for 12 months.

John Hoodless, 25, of St Mary Street, Wallingford, admitted driving an unlicensed vehicle on the A40 in Oxford on November 5. Fined £300 and ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £45.84 and £90 costs.

Shoukat Khan, 44, of Duke Street, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with conditions of a house in multiple occupation licence for a property in Earl Street, Oxford, on or about January 13. Fined £2,000 and ordered to pay a £120 victims’ surcharge and £1,375 costs.

Fernando Alves, 39, of Oxford Road, Oxford, admitted failing to ensure his child was attending school regularly. Fined £200 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £120 costs.

Georgina Wloskowicz, 47, of Plater Drive, Oxford, admitted drink-driving in Walton Street, Oxford, on July 4. Had 77 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £230 and ordered to pay a £30 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving or holding a licence for 18 months.

Molly Carter, 18, of Butterwort Place, Oxford, admitted damaging the front door of a property belonging to Catalyst housing in Butterwort Place to the value of £141.93, damaging the wing mirror and side panel of a Honda Civic in Butterwort Place to the value of £483.44 and damaging the side of a Hyundai in Butterwort Place to the value of £1763.11 on December 16. Also admitted racially or religiously aggravated harassment in Butterwort Place on the same date. Ordered to pay a total of £491.93 compensation and discharged conditionally for 12 months.

Pavel Breczko, 34, of Normandy Crescent, Oxford, admitted using religiously aggravated threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour in Old High Street, Headington, on April 16. Fined £250 and ordered to pay £100 compensation, a £30 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Jamal Afifi, 32, of Giles Road, Oxford, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her in Reliance Way on June 19 and assaulting two men by beating them in Reliance Way on the same date. Also admitted possessing cannabis, a class B drug, at Abingdon Police Station on the same date. Ordered to pay a total of £300 compensation and placed under a curfew for two months from July 22.

Shaun Carlisle, 52, of James Street, Oxford, admitted being drunk and disorderly in The Black Swan in Crown Street, Oxford, on June 20 and assaulting a police officer in James Street on the same date. Ordered to take part in the Thinking Skills programme for 20 days and to pay £100 compensation, an £85 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Florin Ioja, 29, of Gaisford Road, Oxford, admitted drink-driving in Between Towns Road, Oxford, on February 28. Had 154 milligrams of alcohol in 100ml of blood, above the legal limit of 80 milligrams. Fined £240 and ordered to pay a £24 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving or holding a licence for 16 months.

Ryan Smith, 26, of Larkhill Road, Abingdon, admitted racially or religiously aggravated harassment in Park End Street, Oxford on April 10. Fined £140 and ordered to pay £50 compensation, a £30 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
