TWO patients have been treated by paramedics after a car crashed into the central reservation of the M40.

Traffic was slow southbound at Wendlebury after the second crash this morning in almost the same spot.

One lane of three was closed after the crash and emergency services were on the scene.

South Central Ambulance Service spokeswoman Michelle Archer said a crew was called at 9.08am between junctions 8 and 9, and were still at the scene at 10.15am.

It comes just hours after a man died at the Wendlebury junction after a crash involving a lorry and three pedestrians.
