HARRY LOVERIDGE, 27, of Sandy Lane, Oxford, admitted possessing cannabis, a Class B drug, in Sandy Lane on June 3. Fined £80 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

IAN WILSON, 24, of High Street, Wheatley, admitted drink-driving in Thame
Road, Little Milton, on June 1. Had 55 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath over the 35mcg legal limit. Banned from driving for 14 months, fined £375 and ordered to pay a £38 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

SEAN ANANDAN, 29, of Knights Road, Rose Hill, Oxford, was convicted of drink-driving and failing stop at the scene of an accident in Norreys Avenue, Oxford, on January 22. Had 91 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath over the 35mcg legal limit. Banned from driving for three years, disqualification being obligatory to the offence of drink-driving. Also fined £250 and ordered to pay £500 costs.

DAMIAN LONGHURST, 24, of Queens Close, Botley, admitted assaulting Faisal
Munir by beating him in Botley Road on February 5. Fined £200 and ordered to pay £170 compensation, a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

DERYN LONGHURST, 21, of Queens Close, Botley, was convicted of stealing
£222.90 worth of goods – including a Bluetooth speaker, a candle and other
electricals – from Boots in Swindon during one week in September, 2015. Given a community order requiring rehabilitation activity for up to 25 days. Also ordered to pay £179.93 compensation.

STEVEN LLOYD, 43, of no fixed address, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her in Didcot on April 16. Also admitted failing to appear at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on May 23 having been ordered to. Also admitted failing, without reasonable excuse, to comply with supervision requirements made following a period of imprisonment in April 2016. Sent to prison for 14 weeks and ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge.

DANIEL MCBRIDE, 40, of no fixed address, admitted failing to leave the Grant
Thornton Building in Westminster Way, Oxford, as soon as reasonably practicable,having been asked to do so on September 20, 2015. Also admitted failing to surrender to custody at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on March 22, having been ordered to do so. Fined £150 and ordered to pay a
£20 victim surcharge.

OLIVER GREEN, 21, of Orchard Way, Wantage, admitted destroying an electronic till worth £1,500 belonging to Yacup Sancar at Mem’s Kitchen pizza
takeaway in Millbrook Square, Grove, on May 1. Also admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards Mr Sancar on the same occasion. Ordered to carry out 10 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months and pay £350 compensation, an £80 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

BANBURY

MILES ROONEY, 24, of The Paddocks, Weald Street, Weald, Bampton, admitted assaulting Stephanie Strange by beating her in High Street, Witney, on November 16 last year. Handed a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £100 compensation, a £15 victim surcharge and £135 costs.

CYNTHIA THOMPSON, 52, of Cosford Gardens, Bicester, admitted assaulting
Sarah Wyatt in Sheep Street, Bicester, on April 30. Also admitted obstructing or resisting a constable in the execution of their duty in Sheep Street, Bicester, on May 1.Handed a 12-month conditional discharge and fined £80. Ordered to pay £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

LUKE MASON, 21, of Edward Stone Rise, Chipping Norton, admitted using
threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderedly behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Langdale Gate, Witney, on May 14. Fined £80 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

JASON COX, 44, of Watlington Road, Lewknor, admitted speeding at 38mph in a 30mph on the B4009, Aston Rowant, Watlington, on June 17 last year. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

ANDRE ALLEN, 24, of Chillingworth Crescent, Headington, admitted keeping
an unlicensed vehicle in Atkins Road on January 5. Fined £370, ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £145 and £90 costs.

MAURIZIO BILOTTA, 46, of Hampden Drive, Kidlington, was convicted in his
absence of driving an unlicensed vehicle on the A40 on December 25 last year. Fined £220, ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £45 and £90 costs.

THOMAS CAMPBELL, 35, of Mattock Close, Headington, was convicted in his
absence of driving an unlicensed large goods vehicle or passenger carrying
vehicle on the A40 on January 4. He was fined £660, ordered to pay vehicle
excise back duty of £84.59 and £90 costs.
