Former Oxford City director Thomas Guerriero has been jailed for 12 years for orchestrating a $6.6 million telemarketing and investment fraud conspiracy.

Guerriero, 39, of Hillsboro Beach, South Florida, resigned from his role as director of Oxford City FC in December due to "ill health" - just before he was indicted on federal charges in December.

But Craig Parslow insisted he did not tell the police about seeing the masked men that night because he was scared it would have repercussions for his family.
