Traffic building at Heyford Hill roundabout as broken down tractor blocks one lane
A tractor broke down at the Heyford Hill roundabout this afternoon and blocked one lane.
Traffic reports showed congestion in the area along the A4142 Eastern By-Pass Road heading eastbound.
The route has now been cleared.
