Flood warnings remain in force across the county as water levels continue to stay at high levels.
There are two warnings in place for the River Thames, at Wolvercote and from Buscot Wick to Shifford.
Lower Street in Islip remains closed because of flooding in Mill Street, while Oatlands Road recreation ground in West Oxford was underwater this morning.
There are also 16 flood alerts in place.
It comes days after Storm Imogen battered the county with high winds, causing delays to public transport, road closures and fallen trees.
