Fire crews were called to the pavilion at about 3.45am this morning
A FIRE broke out at Oxford University's sports pavilion in the early hours of this morning.
Fire crews were called to a small fire by the door to the pavilion in Oxford University parks at about 3.45am.
Oxford University spokesman Stephen Rouse confirmed that the fire had not reached inside of the building.
Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service said that the fire had been quickly put out and an investigation into its cause would take place.
