Six homes will be without power in Yarnton until about 2.30pm today because of a transformer fault.
The problem originally left 130 customers without power at 6.30am, Scottish and Southern Energy said, but almost all of them had power restored before 9am.
That also affected two sets of traffic lights, at Cassington and near Witney, both of which are now working again.
Spokesman Duncan Macdonald said engineers were now on site trying to fix the transformer and hoped to have electricity back on for all customers by 2.30pm.
