Michael Hardisty, 32, of Bernwood Road, Oxford, admitted breaching the requirements of being an offender under the Sexual Offences Act 2003 by failing to notify the authorities of his correct address on April 24. Also admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting word or behaviour or disorderly behaviour in West Way, Botley, on May 2. Given an eight-week prison sentence and told to pay an £80 victims’ surcharge and a £180 criminal courts charge.

James Lennon, 41, of Oxford Road, Old Marston, Oxford, admitted stealing a handbag and contents in Oxford on December 12. Also admitted stealing a tip jar worth £60 from Cafe Coco in Oxford on December 29. Given a 15-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months because the offence was committed while he was subject to an earlier suspended sentence. Fined £295 and told to pay £210 compensation, an £80 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Tamir Mutwali, 39, of Marshall Road, Oxford, admitted driving without insurance in Freelands Road, Oxford, on April 14. Fined £110 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Given six points on his driving licence.

Andrew Ivison, 41, of Croft Road, Marston, Oxford, admitted assault by beating in Carfax, Oxford, on January 21. Community order made with six-week curfew requirement and told to pay £250 compensation, a £60 victims’ surcharge and £135 costs.

Scott Hadlow, 35, of Vineyard, Abingdon, admitted failing to surrender to the custody of Oxford Magistrates’ Court on May 1. Fined £50 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and a £150 criminal courts charge.

Steven Lloyd, 42, of no fixed address, admitted stealing alcohol worth £5.99 from a Co-op store in Bury Street, Abingdon, on March 4. Also admitted failing to surrender to the custody of Oxford Magistrates’ Court on April 17. Fined £150 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge.

Keiron Hollinrake, 40, of Speedwell Street, Oxford, admitted begging in Park End Street, Oxford, on October 28, 2014, and on January 13. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £25 costs.

Emma Preece, 44, of Laburnum Grove, Didcot, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Broadway, Didcot, on April 18. Given a 12-month conditional discharge. Ordered to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and £150 criminal courts charge.

Josh Smith, 20, of Stowford Road, Oxford, admitted driving a car without the correct licence or insurance in Denton Lane, Garsington, on April 15. Given a six-month driving ban and fined £100. Also ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge, £45 costs and £150 criminal courts charge.

Daniel Thompson, 29, of Allnatt Avenue, Wallingford, admitted harassing a man in Allnatt Avenue, Wallingford, between December 23, 2014 and February 6 by banging on his front door and shouting abusive comments. Also admitted possessing heroin (a Class A drug) at Newbury custody suite on February 6. Given a two-year conditional discharge and given a two-year criminal behaviour order not to disturb his neighbours. Ordered to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Jordan Greenwood, 23, of Freelands Road, Oxford, admitted stealing a bottle of rum worth £22 from a Sainsbury’s store in Oxford on January 27. Also admitted breaching a 12-month conditional discharge imposed in January 2014 after stealing alcohol from a Sainsbury’s store in Westgate, Oxford. Fined a total of £95 and ordered to pay £22 in compensation. Also ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Jordyn Betnay, 18, of Benouville Close, Oxford, admitted vehicle interference in Long Close, Oxford, between October 25 and 26. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Stephen Wilson, 44, of Speedwell Street, Oxford, admitted stealing a satchel containing Chanel perfume of unknown value from a woman in St Aldates, Oxford, on January 19. Also admitted committing a further offence during the period of a suspended sentence made at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on October 2, 2013, for two counts of theft. Sent to prison for 21 weeks and ordered to pay £75 compensation and a £120 victims’ surcharge.

Michael Keirs, 69, of St Michael’s Street, Oxford, admitted speeding at 26mph in a 20mph zone on St Giles, Oxford, on August 21. Fined £130 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

Rajiv Lal, 40, of Cricket Road, Oxford, admitted using a mobile phone while driving on Botley Road, Oxford, on September 22. Driving licence endorsed with three points, fined £100 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Mark Richards, managing director of Litespeed Construction Systems Ltd in Watlington, admitted failing to provide Thames Valley Police with information which could identify a driver suspected of a motoring offence in Banbury between November 17 and December 15. Fined £750 and ordered to pay a £75 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Mumtaz Fareed, 46, of Marston Road, Oxford, was convicted of using a mobile phone while driving on Towns Road, Oxford, on August 14. Fined £250 and ordered to pay a £25 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.
