US presidency bid
The brother of an Oxford parliamentary candidate is expected to announce his bid for the US presidency today.
Bernie Sanders, right, the 73-year-old American senator for Vermont, will compete with former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for the Democratic nomination in 2016.
Mr Sanders’ brother Larry is the Green Party parliamentary candidate for the Oxford West and Abingdon constituency.
