Jonathon Flint, 26, of Collett Way, Grove, admitted resisting a police officer in the execution of his duty in Wantage on December 23. Fined £405 and ordered to pay a £41 victim surcharge and £500 costs.

Michelle Jones, 33, of Villa Close, Cholsey, admitted speeding at 53mph in a 40mph zone in the A4074 in Crowmarsh on July 14. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

Simon Graham, 43, of The Slade, Oxford, admitted displaying writing, a sign or another visual representation which was threatening, abusive or insulting and caused a woman harassment, alarm or distress in Between Towns Road, Oxford on March 2. Ordered to undertake a rehabilitation programme for 20 days and to pay £100 compensation, a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Alan Barnes, 34, of Hanson Road, Abingdon, convicted of using a mobile phone while driving on Wootton Road, Abingdon on August 7. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

Andre Duval, 61, of St Helen’s Court, Abingdon, convicted of failing to stop after a road accident in the Welcome Break service station car park in Wheatley on October 11. Fined £600, ordered to pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with 10 points.

Karen Beer, 49, of Abbots Mead, Wallingford, admitted drink-driving in Coolidge Close, Oxford, on March 21. Had 106 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Given a two-year driving ban and fined £100. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 costs.

Michael Bland, 23, of Sinodun Road, Didcot, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her on Sinodun Road, Didcot, on December 3, 2014. Marc Jarvis, 46, of Bartlemas Close, Oxford, admitted stealing meat worth £40.86 from a Co-op store in Cowley Road, Oxford, on March 21. Fined £35 and ordered to pay £13 compensation. Also ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £35 costs.

Sarah Kennery, 31, of Henley Road, Sandford-on-Thames, admitted drink-driving in Heyford Hill, Oxford, on March 1. Had 117mg of alcohol in 100ml of urine, above the legal limit of 107mg. Given a 12-month driving ban and fined £200. Also ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Caroline Marris, 47, of Sutton Wick Lane, Drayton, admitted stealing clothes worth £144.87 from a New Look store in Bury Street, Abingdon, on March 20. Mark Smith, 38, of no fixed address, admitted five charges of begging in Cornmarket Street, Queen Street and George Street, Oxford, between February 28 and March 17. Also admitted causing criminal damage to a police cell at Abingdon police station on March 20. Fined £35 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20.

Robbie Smith, 26, of Thistle Drive, Oxford, was convicted of travelling on a CrossCountry railway service without paying the £29 fare between Coventry and Oxford on September 8. Fined £400 and ordered to pay £29 compensation, a £40 victim surcharge and £125 costs.

Jason Edmunds, 18, of Mawle Court, Banbury, was convicted of travelling on a CrossCountry railway service between York and Banbury on October 3 without paying the £83.50 fare. Fined £400 and ordered to pay £83.50 compensation, a £40 victim surcharge and £125 costs.

Thomas Mack, 24, of Nicholas Avenue, Old Marston, admitted fishing without a licence at Clattercote Reservoir, Banbury, on September 13. Fined £120 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £127 costs.
