Staff jailed for fraud at a recruitment company were not based at its Oxford office, it has emerged.
Former employees at recruitment company A4e, (Action 4 Employment), which is used by the Government to get people off benefits and into employment, have been jailed for defrauding the taxpayer out of almost £300,000.
On Tuesday, following a 13-week trial, six former Action 4 employment staff were jailed at Reading Crown Court for their part in the fraud, while four others were given a suspended sentence.
