More than 700 homes were left without power after a kite crashed into electricity lines this afternoon, according to Scottish and Southern Energy.
A spokesman for SSE Greg Clarke said that power went off in 750 homes in Marston, Headington, Northway and Elsfield at 3.30pm today. (FEB18)
Mr Clarke added: “All homes were reconnected by 5.25pm and we would like to thank our customers for their patience.”
