CHILDREN can lose themselves in a winter wonderland during a marathon reading of children’s classic The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe.
As part of a new exhibition, at the Story Museum in Pembroke Street, Oxford, visitors will be able to walk through a wardrobe ‘into the magical world of Narnia’.
To celebrate the Narnia exhibition, the reading of Oxford don CS Lewis’ classic tale will take place on Sunday, November 30, from 11.15am until 4pm.
Alex Coke, of the Oxford Story Museum, said: “We thought it would be a great time to feature The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe as we are getting close to Christmas.

“It’s important for children to read authors like CS Lewis because they could be the writers of the future.”
The story will be brought to life by actors and other readers. The event is free to the public.
The Narnia exhibition is part of the 26 Characters project, which reopens on November 22.
