THE Eastern Bypass has reopened after a collision involving a car and a cyclist.
Police and the ambulance service were called to Kiln Lane at the Green Round roundabout at 7.43am.
South Central Ambulance Service said a man in his 70s was treated at the scene and taken to Oxford’s John Radcliffe hospital by land ambulance with “serious injuries”.
Stagecoach has said there are delays to its 8, 9 and 10 services.
