PLANS for the £15m renovation of Oxford’s five tower blocks have officially been submitted to planning officials.
Oxford City Council has handed in five applications to reclad the blocks, put in new entrances, add thermal insulation and change the parking.
The blocks, in Blackbird Leys, Wood Farm, Headington and Cowley, house more than 700 people. The public can add their commentsat public.oxford.gov.uk for the rest of the month.
