Marks & Spencer’s food hall was open yesterday after being shut for two days due to reports of a sewage leak.
But shoppers were still complaining of a lingering sewage smell.
The Queen Street store’s cafe and toilets were closed from 2pm on Tuesday as the store investigated the leak.
Customers had complained of the stench on the food hall floor leading to the closure.
Marks and Spencer refused to comment on the flooding or confirm if it was sewage.
