Detailed plans for the Jericho Boatyard redevelopment have now been made public.
Strategic Iconic Assets Heritage Acquisition Fund (SIAHAF) lodged its planning application on May 13, but officers at Oxford City Council delayed validating it to request further information.
It was made available on the council’s website yesterday. The redevelopment will see a new public piazza, a restaurant, community centre and a redeveloped boatyard as well as new housing.
